The staff who receives are arrogant and make you a face as if to ask them for a favor I'm going they are not helpful at all I withdrew from there at once because with Insurance my 6-month-old baby they were still charging me the first consultation $135, Maybe I got bad luck because those who are on Saturdays are extremely rude and arrogant They don't even turn you around to see. I would never go back to that clinic I was taking my 6-month-old baby and I had an appointment for 2 implants

As a previous person stated a month ago, they run your credit without your permission. Please stop doing that! I am also currently dealing with having to get some braces removed from my son's teeth. They were poorly placed and keep falling out after less than two weeks. 07/08/2025 I am now considering suing this office due to being mislead into signing up for credit, and for being charged over $3,000 for poor service. My son's braces fell out less than a week after he received them. That's ridiculous! I would also like to add that it has been at least three months since my son received the poor service that he received, and I have been attempting to communicate with the manager since then. She never gave me any updates, but yet acted as though I was bothering her every time I called. I don't know what is going on at this location, but I'm completely totally fed up.
My little girl fell & chipped her tooth pretty badly & i was feeling so sad & overwhelmed from just seeing her cry in pain. It was friday afternoon & i thank god they squeezed me in at this office for her to be seen asap. Everyone treated my toddler well & knew how to talk to her to make her feel comfortable. Although we were referred to a specialist, i am very grateful that they saw her that day immediately after her accident & we were given answers. Without this visit i would have gone crazy. Thank you for helping us & guiding us in the right direction! She’s all better now.
