Great an compassionate staff great job

The wait time is out of this world why set an appointment if that’s not the time the client would be seen ? Then to have guest waiting and realise they are waiting for no reason when it’s the staff fault of wrong information and how can you schedule so many people at one time ? Why not inform us that it’s one person available after waiting hours I have been here for years and now everything seems as if it’s not getting better it’s definitely time for relocating

I loved the office environment, Also the two curly hair girls in the front where very nice on updating us the reason of the delay, I am very pleased with the service

Run as fast as you can from this chain. Unprofessional in every aspect. From scheduling a Peridontist appointment for my special needs son only to be told at the time of the appointment when we are there that don't have a Peridontist there to billing issues for services that were never rendered!

PLEASE don't go to this place. My 73 year old mother went to them to work on 3 molars and they quoted her a price. When she returned to get the work done they gave her a higher price and they were unsure of the work they were going to do 2, 3 or 4 molars. She paid $2,000 in cash to start procedure, once inside they quoted her a higher price so she decided not to do the work. When she asked for the money she paid in cash they told her they could not give to her because they put it in a safe. It's been 2 weeks now and when we call they said the refund is still waiting to be approved and they on don't know when it will be refunded. My mother is on a fixed income and needs to do procedure and is waiting for the money...$2,000 dollars. They are unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. I will open a case with adult services on how they are trying to take advantage of an elderly person.

I would highly recommed. The front office receptionist Ms. Jennifer, she is so kind and helpful and also the dental technicians there too! Everytime my son I comes its always a warm welcomed. The doctors are caring, knowledgeable, and professional. The office is clean as well!
