I was judged by Dr. Thorn. She was very rude to me and very unprofessional with me. She told me to be quiet. And was judging me. She needs to learn how to speak to patients in a more professional manner, and instead of the way she spoke to me. And my dentist only works there on certain days and instead of making patients feel like trash the way she made me feel and belittled she needs to be more understanding with her patience and their needs

Worst experience ever My insurance cover teeth cleaning so i book an appointment and go there and after all the X-rays procedure doc said we cant do cleaning then she said we are only gonna do cleaning if you have to pay 415$ and if you want crown ( my old crown is still good) you have to pay 1600 with crown and full treatment for 3000$ i have to pay plus they gonna also charge from insurance company they just wanna make money from you plus insurance company waste my 2 hours here.

New to the area and newly postpartum (leaving my baby for the first time), I went in for a regular cleaning and checkup. Over the course of three apps necessary for deep cleanings and filling a small cavity, I experienced messed-up app times because of the phone lines not working (resulting in long wait times), long waits during the apps, very unclear communication about what the apps would include, and contradicting information about my condition between the doctor and front desk staff. It was unprofessional and extremely difficult and inconvenient due to my postpartum situation. I persevered through the treatment but will definitely not be returning.

My girlfriend had a great dental experience. She’s communicated with me that the front staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Latifi is a great doctor and had great assistants.
