I was extremely happy with my treatment. I had a deep cleaning and tooth extraction on a Saturday. The lobby was very busy but the staff maintained their professionalism at all times. This office is 4 minutes away from my home and they have decent pricing with insurance. As long as I live in this neighborhood this will be my dentist home.

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN EVER. I sat in a hot lobby with no A/C for an hour and a half before these people did anything ,they caused me to be late to work. The staff was very friendly but the wait time is UNACCEPTABLE . I complained to staff about my wait time and they then bought me to a room where i waited an additional 30 mintues with no conversation. At that point i was livid and me and my two daughters walked out never to return.This place is trash me and my family deserve better. GOODBYE BRIDENT DENTAL.

Great Experience , Customer service ! One of the young ladies name Tasha remembers me from when me and my siblings use to come . That was a wholesome moment and for my son to witness it was a blessing . Thank you all for your hard work . It felt like I was a kid again , if you looking for a new dentist office come to Brident on Scott St. They also have another great young lady name Bianca 10/10 overall experience ! See yall in 6 months !

They completely wasted my time….. Their surgeon only comes in once and month after I specifically asked them if they remove wisdom tooth surgically…..
