My time at Brident has been stellar! Dr. Truong and Ashley were friendly, attentive, courteous and patient. They made sure the experience was as painless as possible, and they kept me informed on the process every step of the way. I got a few fillings, a crown and a thorough cleaning. They were also good about working around and within my schedule. Highly recommended!

Over the recent two weeks I have had the best experience at this dental office . Thank you Dr. T and Ashley for keeping my children at ease and a smooth process . Best dental visit with them . Thank you

HORRIBLE! Firstly, the dentist Dr. Quershi isnt friendly at all and during every dental procedure she never says one thing to me when at other dentists they talk through it with you to help you feel more comfortable and Dr. Q knows i have extreme anxiety at dentist. Unfortunately i havnt been able to afford another dentist as this dentist is cheaper and i guess i see why now. Also the lady at front is very unfriendly also.... Ive gotten crowns at other dentists and i never had to be numbed with shots just to take temporary off which shows something wasn't done right. This right here what im about to say is the reason im writing this review. So i went in for a crown, they took the impression and put a temporary crown on me and i was waiting for my next appointment for the permanent crown. Well they called me and said the lab messed up and i had to come back in for another impression(which i know it wasnt the lab, it was the dr that actually messed up but too much to explain right now) so i went back in and dr had to numb me just to get temporary off(which shouldn't be, it shouldn't hurt that bad), so she gave me so many of those huge numbing shots, she started drilling so much on that tooth and pressing SO EXTREMELY hard with this metal thing over and over for longest time on the tooth which ive never seen done from any other dentist, i could feel the pain even while she was doing that so she gave me even MORE numbing shots(which at my other dentists they said there was a limit for health reasons to how many i could get) i asked the dr if all that was going to hurt my health but she said no. If all she had to do was redo the impression theres no reason i should have had to go thru that drilling and trauma of what she was doing to that tooth after she already did all that the first time she did impression. So long story short, after dentist was done i knew when the numbing stuff wore off i would be in so much pain because the last temporary crown she did i was crying from pain and i took 800mg ibprophen and that didnt help at all so i asked her this time to please write rx for stronger pain med and she refused saying no bc im on antidepressants and mood stabilizer and she said i would go in seizure which is bull crap! Ive taken strong pain meds before while i was on these same meds. Well that same night my whole throat got EXTREMELY SORE I couldnt even swallow and my whole head hurt n was full of extreme pressure. I had never been in so much pain my entire life! I managed to get through it the first night but 2nd night it got way worse i had to call my mom to take me to ER. They gave me dilaudid at er for pain and that barely touched the pain! I cant even barely swallow my own spit without excruciating pain for days! ontop of dentist messing up the first temporary Crown and making me come back in for another temporary Crown and putting my mouth through even more trauma on top of that i have a huge emergency bill that I cant pay! And we still can't figure out what the actual cause is because they did a Ct scan and nothing came back on that so they said that Dentist probably messed up a nerve and the only thing that's going to get me through it is by managing the pain, so it's been 3 days and I still haven't been able to sleep at night, still am dehydrated from not being able to drink and the dentist wouldn't even call me in a pain medicine. If the doctor doesn't reimburse me for my Crown, I have to find a way to file a report on the dentist because this is so messed up that now I have to pay a huge emergency bill because of what the dentists did. The er couldn'twrite me a strong rx to take home, they said they legally aernt allowed, said dentist should write me one. The er said that I'll probably end up having to get a root canal from her messing up my tooth, and I am a single mom barely with any income. I cant even take care of my kids because i cant get out of bed from pain, my whole throat swollen, head full of pressure that i can barely look at light, my body is so weak!!! And noone at the dentist even cares!

The waiting area and restroom was dirty. After waiting for over an hour I decided to leave due to what I saw; not to mention the two unprofessional receptionist.

Great job well done! Dr. Qureshi did my crowns (porcelain) they feel well like my original teeth! She also removed most of my old school metal fillings to replace them with resin. Perfectly removed no side effects from too much mercury. I’ll be here til the wheels fall off. Also will be referring everyone I know.

The girls at the front desk at the Houston Airline location are horrible! Very unprofessional and they definitely are not patient focused. I’ll be taking my kids elsewhere for the remainder of their ortho treatment. The manager, Rosa, is the worst of the worst!

What a waste of time, showing a lack of consideration for others' time. I provided the details of my insurance, which I confirmed over the phone with someone from the office, not the call center, and I was informed that they did accept my insurance and the information I had provided.

Came for a deep cleaning, but all they did was cleaned me out. Poor service , the technician Indian lady that did the procedure did not get all the plaque and stains on my teeth. I strongly not recommend getting this type of service here.
