If i could give zero stars, i would. My insurance only pays for a basic cleaning, and this place refuses to do a basic cleaning. I can not have an intermediate to a deep clean for medical reasons. Also they mentioned i need a root canal and a i think a bridge along with other cavities filled. I went to another dental place first and these two places are vastly different with a treatment plan. This place is very money motivated as both treatment plans dont align. I filed a complaint with my insurance company and will also direct my concerns to the dental board. I would consider going else where for your dental needs

Not impressed with Brident on 1960 or Tomball location. With all technology they cannot get records from one location to another. Therefore you are expected to pay. I was not impressed with staff as no willingness to help. I made the appointment 3 weeks ago provide required information to get medical records and still they acted brand new. Will definitely seek a better and more professional dental office.!

Dentist was good after I waited 65 minutes to see them. Staff was okay, but not very attentive as I had to come out of exam room to ask about next steps after being in office for over 2 hours and was told I would get a call later that day regarding treatment plan and costs. Still waiting after 3 days...

I started care for my family and the office is clean, professional and the dentist actually answers questions if you have concerns. That is Priceless these days. Most Doctors Don’t Have Time to answer your Questions.

Wait time unacceptable. Over one hour after appointment time and three hours in the exam room mostly by yourself before service. Some employees were friendly some couldn't hello. The service itself was very great, she could use extra help on busy summer days.

Love the friendly professionalism and care I have always received from Dr Tate, her assistants (today Jassmone) and the front office staff. My experience with Brident has always been beyond satisfaction. Great job! 5 stars!
