This is by far the WORST service I’ve had for dental. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. It’s super cold, the people don’t come check on you, they make you wait for hours to be seen even after having an appointment. It’s HORRIBLE. When it was Crown dental I had no issues. Now it’s Brident and the service is HORRIBLE!!!! My day and other appointments are gone due to this. Absolutely horrible.

I use to come here when it was Crown dental! Everyone was friendly and they would get you in and out. Now that it is Brident people are friendly but the service is slow. If you have an appointment it doesn't matter they take their time and fill all the rooms before getting to you. It's an inconvenience. I will have to find a new dental office. I should not be paying for 20-30 minutes in between seeing the doctor and getting my teeth cleaned. It's crazy.

This place is so unprofessional. From the front office to the dentists. The front desk don't read the dentist notes and they make you a return appointment with your dentist but with another dentist.one day I arrive and waited 45 min after my appointment and asked the front desk clerk is my dentist here today because I've been waiting and other people went in the back and leaving. The clerk came back and told me my dentist wasn't in. I was furious because by that time it was a 1 hour, I sat there and they were on their computers and over looking me. I arrived to my appointment today. The assistant place me in a room and told me they were going to do a exam and allow the dentist to talked to me. I said what ! I already went thru that and myself and the dentist made plans to pull my teeth and other procedures. It's been 2 months and I only received 1 tooth pulled of my plan and no one seemed not to know nothing. They don't communicate with one another, they don't read and follow instructions. They constantly laughing and playing with one another, texting on their cell phone, and on Amazon shopping. I explained to them I'm not comfortable walking around without my denture and it's been 2month and nothing. They don't care. The only one seemed to care is the dental assistant. The other don't take their job seriously. No hand sanitizer in the place AT ALL! The front bathroom has no soap to wash your hand. The brident dental on Cullen and Orem unprofessional mess.
