Dr. Neelima and Destiny was awesome. Great bedside manner. They made me feel so comfortable and explained to me every step of the process. Norma and Anna at the front desk or so professional and answers all my concerns.

They’ve been texting me for months I finally make an appt and they call on day of appt to say my insurance isn’t accepted; I had things to do that I cancelled because of my appt so I’m pissed because you’re calling me the day of to tell me that my 12:30 appt is not doable because you don’t work at that time and the call center scheduled me wrong, why isn’t the calendar the same, not only that when I was expressing my irritation with them IRMA felt the need to hang up on me ;so I cancelled the appt for my 2 toddler daughters as well! Since clearly my money isn’t needed here and I won’t pay for bad service !

THIS IS THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE I'VE EVER VISITED. AFTER KEEPING AND MY CHILD AND I L FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES DOING PAPER WORK, ONE OF THE LADIES CAME TO CLAIM THAT I BOOKED APPOINTMENT WITH THE CALL CENTER WHICH WAS A LIE. EVEN WHEN I WAS BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT, IT TOOK LIKE ALMOST AN HOUR TO BE BOOKED. IF IT'S POSSIBLE TO GIVE THEM QUARTER OF A STAR, I WILL DEFINITELY DO THAT. I'VE BEEN PAYING DENTAL INSURANCE FOR SOME MONTHS AND NOTHING TO SHOW FOR MY EXPENSES. THIS IS SO ANNOYING 🙄😑 🙄!!!

I just feel like it’s very unprofessional for the lady calling and answering phones to hang up right after you say you have to cancel the appointment because you don’t have the insurance they accept . Terrible customer service. Any person that I’ve ever spoken to from take out , to appointment scheduling , any kind of business in general , has the human decency to at least properly get off the phone. Not the kind of person to write reviews ever, but I felt like that was really rude ,coming from a medical office . She sounded nonchalant from the get go anyways . Just have someone on the phone that can properly communicate with people kindly . -Yainellies Ortiz

Decent service, but THEY ARE ALWAYS BEHIND. I have been there twice; both times I've waited for OVER AN HOUR to be seen. They said they were "short staffed" ... both times. This is a management issue. How backed up can they be at 9:00 AM on a Thursday morning? So unprofessional. They do not respect patients' time.
