Patient Care and Facility Conditions On Friday, I accompanied my 88-year-old grandmother to your dental office for her scheduled 10:30 AM appointment. Despite arriving 20 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork, we were not seen until 11:30 AM. Following her X-rays, we were left unattended in the treatment room for approximately 45 minutes while the doctor moved between the front desk and other areas. The extended wait time was particularly challenging for my grandmother, who is wheelchair-bound and requires additional consideration for her comfort and mobility needs. She was asked to remove her dentures for an extended period while we waited, which caused unnecessary discomfort and appeared to serve no immediate purpose. I have significant concerns regarding the facility’s condition and accessibility. The treatment room lacked proper privacy (no doors), the floors appeared unsanitary with visible debris and hair, and the dental chair showed signs of deterioration with torn upholstery. Most concerning is that the office does not appear to be wheelchair accessible, which presents safety and compliance issues. Regarding treatment options, I was informed that my grandmother could receive either dental implants or replacement dentures, but would need to schedule an additional appointment with a specialist to discuss costs and procedures. However, given the poor experience and facility conditions, I will be seeking dental care elsewhere. The level of care and facility maintenance fell well below acceptable standards, particularly for elderly patients with mobility limitations. I would not recommend this practice to other families seeking dental services.

My appt was at 9:45 didnt get brought back to the op room until 11:30...but the staff was really nice but.... the dentist she is really limited she can't do hardly any treatment but only Ext's and filling's she wants to reffered everything out for iv can't even try with N20 insisted that my son needed braces which he didnt just not a great dental exam not confident with her diagnosed...dont recommended...

My experience at Brident Dental 20 E. Crosstimbers was beyond what I expected. The service was friendly, and professional Dr. Chen and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and the treatment of service was excellent I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

If I could rate 0 stars I would have. Dr. Golshani is NOT kid friendly, and she was extremely aggressive with my disabled son at his appointment today. She didn't even care enough to notice he was wearing a hearing aid, or look through his previous visit notations. And when I brought it to her attention that dry apology she gave, she should have kept it. I'm definitely choosing another provider....

Service was TERRIBLE. It took almost a hour for my X-rays and images to be done after then I was notified that I May not be able to be serviced do to an ankle surgery from 4 years ago . Took another hour just for the provider to come in and say I couldn’t even get my cleaning done . Staff was rude especially the office manager. I wasted almost 3 hours in this facility to only receive painful X-rays. Please do not waste your time here like I did .
