This place is not sanitary. The equipment is rusted. Even the chairs are stained. The person doing x rays clothing was dirty. The lady explaining pricing was rude. I refused service and left

My sons dental sent him here and the dentist was amazing. The problem was Carla who handles the insurance billing. She sent in wrong codes and his insurance was denied. I called the insurance and asked them which codes were incorrect and they told me. I called Carla to ask to resend corect codes and she refused and says her vodes are correct. They were not correct and the insurance updated new vodes. So Carla hung up on me. I promptly called the insurance company and switched to a new dentist. The insurance billing at the new dentist sent in the correct form with the correct codes. His dental got covered. Carla did a horrible job. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

They have the worst customer service. The reception Leslie has a bad attitude and wasn’t a help at all looking up my children insurance information. Said she couldn’t find it several times but called the home office and they did. Just ridiculous service was horrible. Will not be returning to the place of business.

Amazing staff at this location! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter got work done here for the first time. The doctor and dentists were great at calming her. 10/10

I have never entered a dental office where I see insects walking on the floor which the floor itself was so dirty. The smell of inside the dental/ exam room upset my stomach. I will be looking for another dentist so I don't have to go back there. The dentist also did not spend 5 minutes with me. She just used an instrument quickly and just touched each tooth on one spot on the surface and asked if I had any questions for her then said to the tech "no cavities, just cleaning," and she left. The tech had to clean my teeth and had me hold the suction instrument because she was alone. I have never experienced such treatment. I only got a different dentist since my insurance changed. I NEED to call the insurance to change dentist. One more thing. Maybe I've been spoiled but I have never received the the package after cleaning with NO FLOSS. What is this place? The only good thing was the tech. She was very nice during the process.
