I enjoyed going to this place they took there time on working on my tooth but she have to do surgery on it now

Waiting time is too long! Only have one doctor and she keeps running through different patients.

This location NEVER answers their phones. After waiting a few minutes, the call rolls over to their call center, where they can't answer any questions. The call center called the location and they couldn't get anyone to answer either, so they gave me Brident's main number so I could keep trying, to no avail. I had to drive to the office just to ask a question. We will not be returning to any Brident Dental. Luckily, we found a great dentist with Espili Dental.

I had an appointment at 2 o’clock. We waited for 50 minutes and left. They booked 7 people at 2 o’clock. I asked how much longer because I had another appointment at 4 o’clock. They still had two more patients in front of us. It was ridiculous. If I could give one star I would.

Very poor . Upon my arrival- I clearly expressed to the front desk receptionist that my appointment was for basic cleaning.They had me sitting for basic cleaning for over an hour & half than they performed X-ray ; than came back to tell me that my insurance wouldn’t cover dental work that had nothing to do with my (6 month) basic cleaning appointment . Brident Dental juice money out of their clients and insurance companies. When they reach out to me for scheduled appointment a pre-check of insurance is performed automatically . They are fully aware of what the patient insurance covers. My insurance for basic dental cleaning is zero deductible-Brident Dental will indicate that deep cleaning is needed (that’s $250) out of pocket -for patient; plus portion of coverage insurance pay. When a client don’t go alone they’ll utilize the scheme that insurance company want cover cost and reschedule you(the insurance company)paid them for this visit (whereas nothing was conducted)except an X-ray . At rescheduled appointment they’ll clean teeth . They’re juicing the insurance company and clients out of their annual insurance allotment

If I could give -100 rating I would ... Had to end root canal early because they didn't numb me right and was feeling every bit of it (after countless times of gum injections).I told them numerous times that i was in pain but instead they kept saying they were almost done and didn't put any thought into what I was feeling. During mid session they were applying pressure inside my tooth till something snapped and it felt like an electrifying / stabbing sense of pain that I even shed a tear . Horrible place I don't know how these doctors were even licensed to work this job ...

i went to get some cavities filled in and the assistant tech wasn't doing their job at all i literally gagged from how much saliva was building up in my mouth while they were trying to fill the cavities and the actual dentist did not do their job correctly before I went in I had no pain what so ever i just needed a couple of cavities filled they were careless and were talking the whole time and weren't paying attention now everytime I eat something my tooth hurts like she drilled to far and hit the nerve even with the filling my mouth hurts I have to reschedule an appointment but I will not be going back to this location!

Such a great dental clinic! The front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful, Dr. B is kind, knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease, and the dental assistants are professional and caring. The whole team works so well together—every visit is smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!
