brident dental on beechnut and beltway 8 is the worst! rude and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! they have conflict in their scheduling system and can't explain what's going on to clients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Mis hijos han sido clientes de brident dental de bellaire desde muchos años atrás, recientemente los moví a brident dental de westheimer y es la primera cita!!!! La manager quien nunca se presentó, entro a X-ray a "asistir" a mi hijo de 7 años de edad, quien en ese momento tenía la garganta irritada y le daban ganas de vomitar cuando le pusieron el cuadrito para hacerle xray... le indicó y ella asistiendolo que se apretara el dedo pulgar y al mostrarle lo lastimó.. cuando una asistente tomó de la mano a mi hijo el no podia ni tolerar el dolor Victoria el nombre de la que lastimó a mi hijo basicamente me corriò por que yo la miré culpandola ya que mi inglés no es muy bueno me dió un folleto de otra clinica y mi hija dice que en ingles dijo que no queria gente problematica yo solo le dije que tendria que tener mas cuidado con los niños, se aprovechan de los hispanos por que no sabemos de muchas leyes pero no voy a dejar que a otra madre le lastimen a su hijo y nadie se haga responsable...

This clinic is a joke! I came ONE MONTH ago to get an implant, they told me that in TWO WEEKS it would be ready but that the doctor came once a month for the surgery. Finally the month passed, I came to my appointment and it turns out that the staff NEVER ordered to do the tooth! Now they have to resend the application that they NEVER sent for the tooth and have to wait a whole month for the surgery again! No one ever called me to know what was happening, I paid a lot for that and they didn't even bother to worry about my time! Really what a horrible experience and I'll just wait for what I already paid for!!!

My visit was very pleasant. wait time was reasonable and staff were very friendly and attentive. Victoria who is the office manager, was able to answer all of my questions related to my payment and both dentists were very patient and explained everything to me that i wished to know. i will definitely be returning! highly recommend

I had an appointment today with them and I can say the bad reviews are lies I went in just to get my own experience of them and they are amazing the wait is not that long and Victoria and her crew were amazing to me especially with the cleaning and being helpful with everything and so upfront this will be my permanent dentist for now on they are the best!!!! Thank you so much for taking the time out to figure out what was causing pain in the back of my tooth
