Brident Dental & Orthodontics's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been bringing my son here for 8 years, and overall, the experience has typically been great. However, during our recent visit on August 6th, the front desk receptionist did not provide a great first impression. When we arrived, the receptionist was neither friendly nor welcoming . First impressions matter, and I believe there’s room to improve customer service at the front desk. On a positive note, the doctor was pleasant, and the staff member who performed the X-rays was also kind and professional.

I’ve been with Brident since 2022 and I recently went June 30th, I must say it was great because I didn’t wait long and the doctor was great, I didn’t get her name but she is an Asian lady, the location was at Woodforest Blvd. This was the first time that I was in and out and the service was awesome, I’ll stay with Brident for now, only because of my last visit. I was considering switching but I think there have been some changes within this company and so far everything looks sharp. Keep it up.

Everyone was really nice and patient with me. They didn't judge my teeth. Lastly, all they did was provide a way for me to get my teeth healthy.

I love this location my sister recommended them to me. The staff and dentist is awesome.

Disappointed and Felt Taken Advantage Of I came to Brident Dental on Woodforest in pain, hoping for help and clarity. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously and that my insurance was taken advantage of. After a quick set of X-rays, the dentist saw me for less than five minutes. She told me I had multiple cavities and that the pain was likely due to a root canal issue, referring me to a specialist called Roots. However, because I live too far from that location, I chose a different endodontist closer to home. That specialist gave me a completely different opinion—he found no cavities and said he didn’t see any reason for the referral. He even noted that the tooth they referred me for wasn’t the one causing any concern. To make matters worse, I later received a call from corporate telling me I owe $70 for the X-rays. At this point, I seriously question whether the dentist at Brident even reviewed them properly. This experience left me feeling misled and dismissed. I trusted them with my health and instead walked away with confusion, unnecessary worry, and a bill for care that didn’t help me. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.
